info
We offer practical seminars for parents and adolescents. The topics are wide and varied; ranging from child sexual assault and abuse to financial management.
Not only do we aspire to educate and empower families, we want our seminars to serve as a catalyst for extended and continuous dialogue amongst parents and between parents and adolescents. Oftentimes, the topics we cover are not covered in the classroom or the home.
Our seminars are lead by knowledgeable professionals who are passionate about their subjects and eager to impart information to others. Attendees are encouraged to ask questions and share their experiences.
Together, we can "build strong, healthy families & communities."

Adolescent Seminars
Our adolescent seminars are designed to provide youth with basic life skills and the knowledge required to successfully transition into adulthood.
Seminar topics include (but are not limited to) financial management, dating/relationships, preparing for college, and peer pressure.
Adolescence can be a difficult time for teens and parents. Both are experiencing change. Teens crave more independence while parents are learning how to let go.
Teenagers must become independent in order to become young adults, just as they had to learn to walk and talk to grow from infancy to childhood.
Although many teens are eager to leave home and explore the world autonomously; oftentimes, they are unprepared for the realities that await them.
Finding and maintaining a job, paying bills on time, obtaining and furnishing their first home, and creating and maintaining healthy relationships - independence can be a big undertaking!
Adolescents receive the following benefits from our seminars:
